Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Studio Langeron. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Custom ring settings, personalized mountings, or large wholesale quantities may require additional preparation time (typically 3–7 business days). You will be notified via email if your order requires extended processing.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated 14–21 business days (depending on destination).

  • Express Shipping (DHL / UPS): Estimated 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as international transit times may vary due to customs clearance or postal delays.

3. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • We ship to independent jewelers and creators worldwide.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Studio Langeron is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

5. Shipping Address & Package Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from local post services, shipping costs for resending the package will be charged to the customer.
